Did you know October is Anti-Bullying Month? In 2019 we launched a partnership with Don't Be A Monster to bring a bullying prevention program to middle school students in the Louisville area. We have presented the program to thousands of students in Kentuckiana and with your help, we can continue to bring the needed program to students in Louisville.
Dress as your favorite superhero and take a stand with us and walk to stomp out bullying behavior. This is an event to honor those that have been impacted by bullying. Come show the community that we stand together against bullying.
Halloween Parade
OCTOBER 28, 8:30PM
STARTS: BEGINS AT LOUISVILLE SLUGGER FIELD
ENDS: ENDS AT LYNN FAMILY STADIUM
The event that started in all, the Louisville Halloween Parade celebrates 20 years since it all began. The Halloween Parade is the crown jewel of the entire festival, drawing tens of thousands of guests every year. It has even been named one of the TOP 10 Halloween Parades in the United States by USA Today!
This year we have a NEW parade route with the goal of improving the safety of the event as well as providing a more positive experience for the community. The new route also provides more parking and more room to spread out and enjoy the parade.
The route begins at Louisville Slugger Field and will head down River Road. It will then veer left on Witherspoon and head down Campbell St, ending at Lynn Family Stadium (the new home of the Halloween Festival).
For best viewing and to hear all the announcements & music that accompanies the parade, we recommend enjoying the parade along Campbell St just infront of Lynn Family Stadium. As always, admission to the parade is FREE.
If you'd like to be in the parade, please register here
